Salary / Remuneration:

• ₹12,00,000 per annum (Negotiable) – Catering, Housekeeping, Training & Diving

• ₹10,00,000 per annum (Negotiable) – Concierge & Overall Experience, Horticulture

Educational Qualification & Experience

Head (Catering)

• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Hotel / Hospitality Management

• Desirable: Specialized certificate/diploma in Food & Beverage Management

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in service industry, including 2 years in Food & Beverage services in a 3-star or higher hotel/resort

Head (Housekeeping)

• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Hotel / Hospitality Management

• Desirable: Specialized certificate/diploma in Housekeeping

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in service industry, including 2 years in Housekeeping management in a 3-star or higher hotel/resort

Head (Concierge & Overall Experience)

• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Hotel / Hospitality Management

• Desirable: Certificate/diploma in Front Office / Event Management

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in service industry, including 2 years in Front Desk / Event Management / Concierge in a 3-star or higher hotel/resort

Head (Horticulture)

• Qualification: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Horticulture / Agriculture / Floriculture / Landscaping

• Desirable: Specialized certificate in Horticulture/Gardening/Landscaping

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in service industry, including 2 years in Gardening / Landscaping / Landscape Designing (Hotel/Resort experience preferred)

Head (Training & Diving)

• Qualification: Trade Certificate (or equivalent) as Diver from Indian Navy or Certified Diver from PADI (Indian Navy preferred)

• Mandatory before joining:

Valid Offshore Medical Certificate

Diving Medical Certificate

HUET

Basic Lifeguard

Basic First Aid

• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in conducting/instructing HUET training in Indian Navy / OPITO accredited / DG Shipping approved centres

Age Limit
