Educational Qualification

• Matriculation (10th class) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.

• ITI certificate in relevant trade affiliated to NCVT / SCVT.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 15 Years

• Maximum Age: 24 Years

• Age calculated as on 23 March 2026

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST – 5 Years

• OBC – 3 Years

• PwBD – 10 Years

• Ex-Servicemen – 10 Years + Service Period (minimum 6 months)

Monthly Stipend

• Stipend will be paid as per Apprentices Act and Railway Board norms.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on:

• Merit List prepared using average percentage of marks in Matriculation (10th) and ITI

• In case of tie: older candidate will be given preference

• No written exam or interview

• Document verification for shortlisted candidates
