The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is tentatively scheduled for January 2026.Salary Details:The pay scale will be as per the 7th Pay Commission. Assistant Engineer / Assistant Manager / Accounts Officer posts carry a starting basic pay of ₹47,600 per month, Divisional Accountant and Junior Engineer posts offer ₹35,400 per month, while Lower Division Clerk and Telephone Mechanic posts offer ₹19,900 per month along with applicable allowances.Eligibility Criteria:For Assistant Engineer posts, candidates must possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree in the relevant discipline. Assistant Manager (IT) requires B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in IT/Computer Science or MCA or M.Sc IT. Accounts Officer requires CA/CMA qualification. Divisional Accountant requires B.Com/M.Com or CA-Inter/CMA-Inter. Junior Engineers must hold a Diploma or Degree in the relevant engineering field. Law Officer must have a Law degree with minimum three years of experience. LDC/Typist and LDC (Accounts) require a graduate degree with typing/computer proficiency.Age Limit:Candidates must be between 18 and 37 years of age as on 1 January 2025. Age relaxation applies to reserved categories as per Punjab Government rules.Training & Selection Process:Selection will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification.
