Computer Operator (Grade-A) Recruitment 2025–26

Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB), Government of Uttar Pradesh, invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment to the post of Computer Operator Grade-A in Uttar Pradesh Police. Job Location:

Across various districts and police units of Uttar Pradesh

Nature of Job:

Regular / Permanent post under Uttar Pradesh Police Department.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have:

Intermediate (10+2) with Physics & Mathematics, AND

One of the following computer qualifications:‘O’ Level Certificate from NIELIT/DOEACC, OR

Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.

Typing Speed Requirement:

English: 30 words per minute

Hindi: 25 words per minute

Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025):

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: 28 years

Age relaxation applicable as per UP Government rules for SC/ST/OBC/EWS & other reserved categories.

Salary / Pay Scale:

Pay Matrix Level-4

₹25,500 – ₹81,100 per month

Plus DA, HRA, Medical, Pension and other admissible allowances as per rules.
