Educational Qualification & Experience (Post-wise):

Relationship Manager

MBA (Marketing / Finance) from a recognized university

Minimum 2 years experience in financial services

NISM certification preferred

Dealer (Stock Broking Terminals)

Graduation in any discipline

Minimum 1 year dealing experience

NISM certification mandatory

Digital Marketing Specialist

Graduation (Computer Science / Visual Communication preferred)

4–5 years experience in digital marketing, campaigns & lead generation

Secretarial Officer-Trainee

Graduation in any discipline

1 year back-office / office experience preferred

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026):

Minimum: 21 years

Maximum: 40 years (varies by post)

Salary:

₹3.50 Lakh to ₹8.00 Lakh per annum
