Educational Qualification:
Group A: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech / MBA / M.Tech in relevant discipline with experience
Group B: Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree / Diploma / Professional qualification as per post
Group C: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduation (post-wise)

Pay Scale (7th Pay Commission):
Group A: Level 10 to Level 12 (₹56,100 – ₹2,09,200)
Group B: Level 6 to Level 7 (₹35,400 – ₹1,42,400)
Group C: Level 2 to Level 5 (₹19,900 – ₹81,100)
Plus DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as per Central Government norms.
