View All JobsThe Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for engagement as Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates on a contractual basis for the 2026–2027 term. Selected candidates will assist Hon’ble Judges of the Supreme Court of India in legal research and related judicial work. Applications must be submitted online within the prescribed dates mentioned below.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University/Institution
Candidates in the final year of LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) are also eligible, subject to producing proof of qualification before joining
Age Limit (as on 07 February 2026):
Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 32 years
Remuneration:
₹ 1,00,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Job Description / Duties:
Legal research on constitutional, civil, criminal, and other legal matters
Preparation of case briefs, notes, summaries, and legal memoranda
Assistance in drafting judgments and legal opinions
Research using legal databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.
Any other work assigned by Hon’ble Judges of the Supreme Court
